What’s this four day business? I only get three. Probably do a good amount of biking. Hopefully crest trail down in to big cottonwood. That is if my bone bruise on the hip heals up, rec league soccer gets rough!

I love that little boat! Looks like so much fun!

It looks like I’m going to be spending most of the weekend helping family members figure out electronics. There will be a rant-post shortly.

I also have a double date at the gun range with my wife, a friend of mine from high school and her husband. ‘Murica!

But tonight I’m going to see my friend’s band play at World of Beer. I consider this practice for my upcoming trip to Germany and Oktoberfest!

Stretch out the days so it feels like four! I also have yet to do the Crest this year and have only done pinecone once. I’m going to blame it on the heat the past few months making me want to do nothing

The boat is fun in a scary way. unlike a PWC you are sitting bellow the waterline and it DOES matter if you flip it. Its terrifying but entertaining. I’ll get video.

Mine is just laziness. Have you tried the WOW trail yet? Its a little rough around the edges but its going to be a classic in a few years when it settles in.

Wife and I are leaving MS late Saturday night to drive 10 hours to a small town just west of St. Louis to adopt a Basset Hound, then driving back home. Gonna be a long trip but I have never been to MO before so I am looking forward to it.

I think that’s why I like it! Jet-skis seem like the dirtbikes of the water - they are quick and nimble, but pretty rugged. You can toss them around, smack them up, even roll them, and each time you just flip it back over and go off on your way.

But this, this looks more like a sport bike. A terrifying precision instrument that will scare the living daylights out of you in the most fun way possible until you get it wrong. Then it just kills you.

Indeed. 645 miles iirc. Nah, not magic, just the one we wanted. We’ve found it almost impossible to find a Basset in MS and the rescues in FL and AL we talked to don’t allow out of state adoptions. This was the closest we could find that was ok with it.

Eh, we drove from MS to Vegas for our honeymoon last year and she’s gone with me to Atlanta and Dallas for the last two cars I bought. Long road trips are kinda our thing.

I’m heading to Cedar Point tomorrow and I’m so excited I can hardly concentrate on work today. It’s like I’m 5 years old and today is Christmas Eve.

I already bought fast lane passes because I’m expecting it to be busy for Labor Day weekend. I’m making a bee line for Maverick as soon as the gates open. Cedar Point has much bigger and newer coasters but this little guy packs one hell of a punch and I can’t get enough of it!

Me, I’ll be working at 4AM for a couple of hours on Sunday. Otherwise, it’ll be a loungy, beer drinking window. I’d go to the mountains, but that’s crazy talk on a holiday weekend. Going up the following weekend, though.
